The Henoshi team works with top manufacturers worldwide to bring together the best-valued and high-quality products to our customers. Therefore, your order can be shipped anywhere from China, India, Vietnam, and others. Please rest assured that your package will be handled with utmost care thanks to our partnership with major shipping carriers like USPS, EMS, YUNEXPRESS.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email notification confirming we’ve received it.

We will begin to process your order 6 hours after successful payment. Order processing usually takes 1-3 days. During high volume or crisis periods, the processing time may take an 2-4 days.

*Some orders may be sent in multiple parts, you will receive multiple dispatch emails if your order has been split shipped.

WHEN WILL I GET THE TRACKING NUMBER?

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.

The in-store process for the stock and packaging will take about 3-5 business days. Then, once your order is ready for shipment, the tracking will be available and sent to you. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after working days from the day you completed your payment.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All standard USPS, YUNEXPRESS shipments are usually delivered within 10-30 business days for orders placed within the contiguous United States.

RISK-FREE SHIPPING

If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you! If there’s a missing order, please let us know via Here. We’ll investigate (it usually took 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we got a conclusion.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We only accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise with the original packaging intact. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

For non-quality related issues such as no longer wanting the item, ordering the wrong size or color, we’re happy to offer size/color exchanges within 7 days of order delivery date.

We accept cancellations of orders up to 06 hours after order successfully paid.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If the order arrives in your country and:

– The customer refuses to accept the package

– Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
